Desktop computers are located on the Main and Mezzanine floors for patron use. Between scheduled classes, Mary Baldwin community members can also use the computers in the computer lab on the first floor of the library. Consult the library's operating hours and the room schedules posted on lab doors.
The library offers access to circulating laptops. These are available for 4 hour check-out at the circulation desk. Library staff will hold your ID until you return the laptop. You need to sign an Electronic Devices Loan Agreement form. For more information, see the Laptop Policy.
Wireless access is available for patrons throughout the library. Patrons need to login to the Mary Baldwin network. If you experience issues with the wireless service, please contact the OIT Help Desk (** or 7075).
Combination copier / scanner / printers are available on the First and Main Floors. Mary Baldwin community members can copy, print, and scan documents to their Mary Baldwin U: drive or a USB flash drive. Printing is free but not unlimited. Students can print approximately 1000 pages before they will need to contact the Office of Information Technology (** or 7075).
Mary Baldwin community members can print wirelessly to the printers in Grafton Library. Send the item that you want to print (doc or pdf) as an attachment to printbymail@marybaldwin.edu.
You will need to login to the printer and release it through Secure Print. See OIT's Printing Page for more info.
