Off Campus Access

Grafton library is dedicated to serving our students near and far. Even if you can't join us at the library, we have a variety of ways to get you the resources you need.

Electronic Resources:

You can access electronic articles, books, and other items through our online databases. You will be prompted for a log-in when you navigate to the database. Sign in with your Mary Baldwin username and PIN. You can log-in before you head to a database using the Off Campus Log-in button in the navigation to your left.

Print Books:

If you live off campus, you may have books mailed to your house by requesting the books through GLDYS. The first time you request items from a distance, you'll need to speak to a staff member to set up your GLDYS account. You can also request books by sending us the citation information (see the contact box to the right). The books will be sent to you free of charge. However, you are responsible for sending them back. Remember to mail your books several days before they are due. You will be responsible for any late fees accrued if they arrive after their due date.

Interlibrary Loan

You are also welcome to take advantage of our Interlibrary Loan Service for print or electronic items. Request items through the forms embedded in GLDYS, our other online databases, or the Interlibrary Loan request forms located in the navigation on your left. We will e-mail, fax, or mail the items to you.
