The Interlibrary loan service allows current Mary Baldwin students, faculty, and staff to borrow books, articles and other materials not held by Grafton Library. There is no limit to the number of items you can request through interlibrary loan.
Before submitting a request, always check Grafton Library's catalog and journal holdings to see if Grafton already has what you need. Even when Grafton doesn't own a book, it's easiest to request through GLDYS. GLDYS automatically pulls all information about a book for you, saving you time.
Request your materials as far in advance as possible - as soon as you know you'll need them. Books and other loanable materials usually arrive in 5-10 business days, but may take longer. Electronic copies usually take 1-3 days to arrive, but can take longer. Articles will be sent to you in PDF format via email.
